4. In case of loss, theft, mutilation, alteration or unauthorized use, the Gift Certificate will not be refunded or replaced.
5. No promotion can be applied when purchasing the Gift Certificate.
6. The Gift Certificate cannot be used to pay other Gift Certificates.
7. The Gift Certificate, at all times, remains the property of Gagné en Santé.
